When I think about this word called Pursuit, it indicates exploring, chasing, a never ending search. The Irony of this word is, the search finally comes to an end.
The Only pursuit that goes on and on is the look out for Happiness. Some say Happiness is a state of mind, some, it’s a habit, some it lays within us.
Yet, we all look for it everywhere else and in everything. Happiness, most of the time is associated to something or the other. In terms of success, relationship, materialistic gains, currency, beauty, different gains so on and so forth.
What actually picks in this situation is that, do we really know what is to be Happy or do we really feel the essence of Happiness? Are we not just contented and are misunderstanding the feeling of contentment to Happiness?
Maybe we are just getting contented in different scenarios and circumstances. This feeling of content varies in different degrees and also in accordance to our own convenience. Our minds get relieved, relaxed and satisfied after the search is over. And then the contentment seeps in.
If this is what I call contentment, then, what is known to be happy or the state of Happiness? Is Happiness a feel of being elevated from the existing emotional or psychological state? Is it, as they say, a feeling that relieves one’s inner self? Is it a feeling of joy that makes one just swirl around and break free from all attached strings and bonds of life? Or is it connecting to the spiritual world?
Even when we say connecting to the spiritual world, the pursuit goes on and on. It never ends. As one always wants to attain one more layer above and raise higher and higher. We never stop at one point. Maybe if we stop, then we will know the mystery of happiness and then there is nothing to look forward to.
So, the pursuit of Happiness goes on and on. The Mystery to the word remains and waits to be unfolded. The un-answered question waits for a ray of hope ..Until then, the search prevails...

I would probably define it as.. It could be.. The Sense of completeness u feel in u, when u had sth tat u w'd hav thought which could hav never been in ur hand all in ur life, when you get the slight eye sight of your only Love, when doing sth tat one could hav said tat you definetly can't.. etc..
